Paludiculture Community Workshop: Day 2

Elizabeth has worked through the notes from the second day of the Paludiculture Workshop at Bridgwater and we have published them on the events page.

It was a great opportunity to discuss the continued development of paludiculture and this community and there were many good points raised. There is still an opportunity to add further thoughts and continue the discussion using the forum.

The term paludiculture was developed in Germany and the definitions upon which it was based refer to crop production on their wetlands. The first exercise explored these terms with Elizabeth getting everyone to move up and down a line across the venue to gauge the characteristics of the systems we think should be the focus of work in the UK. Exploring UK definitions.

In the second part of the session the topics below were discussed.
