hard work and terrible weather
today Claudia Oehmke and I did some protocol on a Typha Field close to Anklamer Faehre in N E Germany. We had to wait for the frozen mist to clear from the plants. taking samples to measure how the biomass shrinks during the winter season ...to find out the best /most profitable winter season harvesting time for Typha latifolia....but we had the most fabulous weather possible with some bold eagles flying by.....just another day at the office
